From 2000 to 2015, Kaushik spearheaded several educational initiatives as the project head for numerous residential institutions and schools in South Gujarat, driving forward the agenda for educational innovation and holistic development. His work during this period laid the groundwork for a culture of academic and personal excellence. Expanding his influence, Kaushik embraced the role of a mentor and coach for educators, working with over ten institutions from 2016 to 2020. In his recent tenure as the CEO of Diwaliben Trust in Bardoli, Kaushik made significant strides in educational and community development across six districts of South Gujarat. Under his leadership, the trust impacted over 460 teachers and initiated 50 skill training classes in various disciplines, demonstrating his commitment to creating sustainable, community-centric educational ecosystems.
